People who experience grief over the loss of a beloved pet can be as painful as the loss of a human being. Complicated grief is a heightened state of mourning...much like being stuck. Unable to move on, through the grief, or be able to fully function in your daily life. Asking for support around your grief can be difficult, but help for grief is available through one on one therapy, group processing (when space is available) and our customized intensive day program.
Common Symptoms of Unresolved Grief
While everyone processes grief differently, if you are experiencing any of these symptoms for an extended period of time, you may have unresolved grief.

- Insomnia or disrupted sleep patterns
